Clint quietly glides through the door and down the stairs the Plague Walker came up, carefully picking past the bits of entrails, and lights a cigarillo to kill some of the stench in the air... He then commences searching the room in a methodical, careful manner.

The two open sarcophagi are empty. In the rubble, the reamins of the smashed lids, are 4 loose rubies. Clint expects that these are worth 100 GP each. The two remaining sarcophagi are still closed. Each has another two rubies in place of the eyes on the graven images on the lids. They look to be just as valuable.
ReplyDeleteThere is nothing else of value or interest apparent.
Clint deftly draws a dagger and attempts to remove a ruby from one of the remaining sarcophagi...
ReplyDeleteThe ruby comes loose without too much trouble. It appears to be the same as the others. (100 GP)
ReplyDeleteClint busily removes the others as well.... accidentally dropping one into a pocket under his cloak in the process.... ;)
ReplyDeleteMy goal is to look at the armor. Not put it on mind you just removal all of the gunk off of it and let the two (2) casters look at it and see what it is capable of doing.
ReplyDeleteAlso I want to wait around till I am not sick.

Matt H,
ReplyDeleteYou are able to pry out the remaining gems. All are worth 100 GP. Do you attempt to open the remaining sarcophagi?
Matt F,
The armor is very finely made and distictive. It would stand out in a crowd or a battlefield.
Waiting until you are no longer sick should not be a problem. There is only a few more rounds of the effect.
Clint calls out to the casters - "Can either of you detect magic over this way?" and gestures towards the remaining 2 closed sarcophagi
ReplyDeleteBanjo will enter the room near Dargoth and cast Detect Magic.
ReplyDeleteHe will put his head together with Thurstan and attempt to identify the armor.

Gonna hang low for now, spend a round just examining the SW room. I'm a little beat up. Not feeling like poking in dark corners is the correct life choice for me at the moment.
