Blunderbuss raged and Power Attacked the zombie with his greataxe for a mighty 28 damage. Banjo cast another Acid Splash for 3 damage. Thurstan’s wolf bit the undead for 3 damage. Thurstan stabbed the zombie with his trident as it began to topple, insuring that it was down for good.
Clint looked around to see if there were any additional dangers. Nothing was immediately apparent. Jean carved up the monster with his hand axes. To make sure that was truly destroyed, the ranger set fire to the remains. Torvald lay still, breathing in a shallow manner. The paladin was gravely wounded but stable.
i will blat for [5] and suggest we leave after searching this area.

ReplyDeleteI forget; is town only an hour away? If so I'm with Thurstan. If town is not so close we could camp here in a defensible room.

ReplyDeleteI like when Torvald is meat shield. Should fix him up before we go anywhere.
The "blat" brings Torvald up to 1 HP and Blunderbuss to 41 HP.
ReplyDeleteIf he chooses, based on the Paladin Design Focus rules, Torvald can Lay on Hands four times for a d6 each (total of 4d6).
Kingsholm is close by. It is less than an hour's travel away. There is also a cleric in town, Hergon Hilltopple.
