    The mimic appeared before Banjo's action last turn. I damn sure would not have magic missiled a fireplace sprite when THAT showed up. Can I change last turns action to Haste?

  4. @ Dave - There was no reason that the mimic could not wait until everyone acted. As a compromise, I have dropped it to last in the initiative order and updated the results from last turn and this GM turn post. All other actions will stand as posted.
