Upon casting the spell, Thurstan detects magic. Subsequent rounds reveal 6 moderate magic auras of Divination magic each coming from one of the mirrors.

DeleteI3, but i am avoiding looking into the mirrors, after the stuff that we just went through. magic mirrors are ALWAYS bad news...

DeleteI wasn't thinking about being blind I was thinking of a covering myself from the mirrors. Think changing room. Cloth between me and the mirrors so not to give anyone a glance at me.

Delete"Been a while since I had a good mirror to shave in... but yeah... not in a magic mirror" Clint takes his cue from Thurstan, uses his cloak to conceal his view of the mirrors, and works his way across the room [I3 to B3] checking for traps along the way... and then for secret doors along the far wall.

This is what I have so far. Thurstan will enter the room and cast Detect Magic and he is not looking directly into the mirrors. Clint will walk the perimeter of the room checking for traps. Ronan is working on creating a blind using his shield and bedroll. Is everyone else waiting on the stairs until Clint is done?
ReplyDeleteIf the stairs unclog enough to allow it, Kirlic will enter the room in one of the squares near the door. He senses everyone's nervousness about the mirrors and averts his eyes for now, though he feels more worried that something might come OUT of them and none of us will be looking.
