The darker line between I5 and I6 is a wall. You will need to get the door unstuck to be able to access that part of the room without going down the ladder, over the bridge and up the stairs.

i examine the body in f7 1st, body in c7 next. water in b5 after (from b6) i will look, then poke with a stick, then smell, i am not tasting it.
