Do I think a Dispel Magic would break one of these?

No. The effect is instantaneous and there is technically no magic left to dispel. Flesh to Stone would be required. Not sure if Break Enchantment would work or not. Probably a moot point.
DeleteWe surely dont have a Flesh to Stone, but we do have DM
DeleteIf I dont think I can get any more information examining the statues, I revert to DMAWFSTEC mode.

Thurstan and Mr Wolfe stand out of Clints way, with DM still up.
ReplyDeleteLooking for posts from Matt H, Matt F and Brad.
ReplyDeleteInvestigate: On the doorway’s western side is a female creature that has a snake tail instead of human legs.

Dargoth is fairly certain that the statue does not depict a naga. Nagas are aberrations which primarily have a serpent body with a human face.
DeleteHearing that the group has found doors, and not met with a James Bond villain style trap, Kirlic descends the rope to join his place in the ranks. (unless someone things the rope still needs guarding)

Your mom guards my rope
ReplyDeleteSorry. Couldnt resist.
DeleteKirlic's mom is like 250 years old, if you're into that kind of thing. :)
DeleteStill need a post from Matt H. I will post shortly after that.
ReplyDeleteClint will start by inspecting the floor at C4, then moving up and checking the statue at D4. Then move on to the floor in front of the East door, then the statue in D2, then the East door. Continue to painstakingly check for traps and locks and listening...
