    1. Banjo believes these to be the glass spiders and shardcaster described in one journal from the study.

The Knowledge: Arcana roll identifies these creatures are constructs. They have standard construct traits such as:

      - Immunity to all mind-affecting effects (charms, compulsions, morale effects, patterns, and phantasms).

      - Immunity to bleed, disease, death effects, necromancy effects, paralysis, poison, sleep effects, and stunning.

      - Not subject to ability damage, ability drain, fatigue, exhaustion, energy drain, or nonlethal damage.

Because they are made of glass, Banjo believes that they are vulnerable to sonic attacks. As these are unusual constructs, his knowledge does not reveal anything further.

      For your reference:

One journal contains details about the creation of 6 magic mirrors used for scrying and how to attune them to different locations. The handwriting seems to be the same as the note that was found in the cloak on the ground floor of the spire (http://pbbpathfindergame.blogspot.com/2012/03/sinister-spire-turn-results-74.html). It details further the creation of constructs called a shardcaster and glass spiders that were created to guard the mirrors. The journal contains nothing about controlling or avoiding these guardians.

    2. Bruce,

Your spider is only a mount. It does not get to make attacks. It has 68 HP, AC 16 and Move 30/Climb 30. It can be mounted by a small or medium creature. It can be summoned once a day for up to 12 hours.

Is this still what you want to do?
