Barrow of the Forgotten King - GM Turn Post 92

Just beyond the pile of rocks is a wide room full of mist and moisture. Directly ahead are three sarcophagi, their lids removed obviously to provide material to block the doorway. To the west is a wide crack in the floor, near which stand three weathered statues of human warriors leaning on longswords and bearing shields. Straw is spread thinly on the floor just beyond the fissure.

The sound of roaring water comes from the west. The remainder of the room is currently out of sight from where the rogue stands.

  2. Clint will creep stealthily forward to inspect the fissure... and see if he can get a look further to the west. Should nothing sinister appear, he would like to peek inside the first sarcophagi, then the nearest statue, and then the straw - in particular looking/smelling for some sign of what might be using it as a ...bed? Hopefully the rest of the party will clear an easier path through the rocks soon...

  3. Stack the bricks. Stay prepared for battle.

Question: "three weathered statues of human warriors leaning on long swords and bearing shields" Do the shields and Longsword appear to be stone? Or do they look like metal?

Wisper to Clint. Check for footprints in the straw.
