Does BANJO know the duration on a Slow spell? Rounds/minutes?
ReplyDelete"Well you can't get double-Slowed, so feel free to give that square a thorough determined search."
Rolls for saving throws/skill checks- 19, 3, 10, 11, 17
Your Spellcraft roll 19(25) tells you that a Slow Spell usually has a duration of a round per level of the caster.
ReplyDeleteClint takes a moment to enjoy the feeling of walking in butter, and talking slllllloooooooowwwwwwwwly.....
ReplyDelete"I'm starting to wonder if we dont have to set off all of these other tiles, to elicit a response from this room. Seems like an ideal way to weaken potential grave robbers before they get further in...."
Clint then waits at least another round for the spell to fade. Taking the time to do a thorough and determined seach of the "slow" tile in the prooooooooooooooooocess.

Torvald, "I think we should remove the lose tile. If it is trapped, well it is unlikely to be more dangerous than the obvious spells. If it can be removed perhaps its spell can be used on others? I mislike this room on principle as it is nothing but a devious magic trap but I agree with Clint that it is likely that we must suffer some sort of penalty from it before preceding into the room. My god protects me, so I will be the one to lift the loose tile, if the rest of the party agrees of course. Besides, I am the most expendable at the moment."
ReplyDeleteTorvald will wait a reasonable time for a response. Should he receive no response he will proceed as well.
