  1. Banjo will attempt to identify these mirrors. Could they be removed?

  2. Each mirror is a scrying device keyed to a specific location. The mirrors can be attuned to other locations per the instructions that you found in Maroe's study. You previously located the command words in an old cloak of Maroe's.

The mirrors are currently attuned to the following:

C5 - The Earth node east of Pedestal
D6 - An abandoned building in Pedestal
    E7 - The Oceanbridge
F7 - An abandoned building in Pedestal
G6 - The tunnel east of Pedestal
H5 - The grounds of House Dusklorn mansion

    1. The mirror activates when the command word is spoken. (They are all words in Abyssal.)

The mirror displays a view of the location from a fixed sensor point (like a security camera).

  4. I guess we have Clint listen at the doors to continue on. If we don't see anything of interest in the mirrors.

  5. Looking for posts from Matt H and Brad.

  6. Kirlic dislikes the mirrors and chooses not to interact with them. He's ready to inspect the secret door once the party has learned all it can from the mirrors.

(Not rushing, just don't have anything to add to the inspection of them unless someone has an idea of how I can help)

  7. This is another case where if we had a map on a tabletop it would be easier. Can we point a mirror at a location we havent been?

    1. Just curious, how so? You have a map of the room. I have listed where the mirrors point. You also have maps of Pedestal (https://sites.google.com/site/zombiehomepage/Home/zombie-s-d-d-pathfinder-page/pathfinder-play-by-blog/Pedestal.jpg?attredirects=0&d=1)and the Great Grotto (https://sites.google.com/site/zombiehomepage/Home/zombie-s-d-d-pathfinder-page/pathfinder-play-by-blog/GreatGrotto.JPG?attredirects=0&d=1). What are you missing? Do you need the location keys for those maps again?

You have the instructions for repointing the mirrors to different locations. It would take some time and effort and would require some specific knowledge of where to direct the view.

    2. How so? Dude I barely remember why we're here let alone instructions for a teleport widget.
Is it a one-way trip? Are there mirrors on the other side of the current locations? Can we point the mirrors ANYWHERE?

    4. You are obviously confused. These are scrying mirrors. They do not provide the ability to teleport anywhere.

You have the instructions to point the mirrors to different locations. It has been abstracted. There is nothing the player needs to do other than say that they are following the directions.

    5. *tweezes scryin mirror*

"What's happening in the late Matriach's chamber? Have they cleaned up the elfy bloodstains yet?"

    6. Banjo is able to re-tune one of the mirrors. Things are more or less how you left them at Elessarwa's sanctum. (Remember that this was a secret lair and it has only been about a day in game time since you were there.)

  8. Still have not heard from Matt H.

Any other actions/instructions before Kirlic opens the secret door?

  9. Clint is going to check the door for traps and locks and listen...
